I offer weekly yoga classes and regular workshops in Columbia County, Oregon—intentional spaces to slow down, reconnect, and move with purpose. My classes are rooted in presence, accessibility, and nervous system support, with options for strength, grounding, and gentle exploration. Workshops dive deeper into themes like pelvic health, embodiment, and breath flow. All are welcome—come as you are.
