About Me
My Trainings & Continued Education
Â
I’m a lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity for the body, breath, and healing—especially through the lens of yoga, embodiment, and nervous system resilience. My teaching is rooted in ancient and ancestral wisdom, modern science, anatomy, and deep respect for the lived experience. I weave together a wide range of influences from anatomy and biomechanics to pelvic health, breathwork, ancestral exploration and somatic integration.

 I'm Megan Mathers (she/her),
a yoga teacher, guide, and space holder with a deep passion for embodiment, nervous system health, and pelvic-root healing.
I specialize in supporting others to reconnect with their bodies, honor their root wisdom, and cultivate safety and resilience from within. My work centers the pelvis—not just as a physical space, but as a powerful portal of presence, intuition, and liberation.
I bring over 500 hours of yoga training, including accessible yoga and pelvic health-specific studies, alongside a background in counseling.
Whether you're navigating stress, seeking grounding, or longing to feel more at home in yourself, my work invites you into deeper connection—with your body, your truth, and the freedom that already lives inside you.

I live in a cozy tiny house in the Pacific Northwest with my partner, Luke, and our two furry companions, Hank and Müni. It’s safe to say we’ve mastered the art of togetherness in a small space!
Right now, Luke and I are in the process of refitting a 39-foot sailboat, dreaming into the possibility of living aboard and traveling the waters someday.
I find so much joy in teaching local classes and hosting workshops for my incredible community here in Saint Helens, Oregon. There’s something special about gathering in person to move, breathe, and connect.
